Post-First Infinity

You've completed your first Infinity! The Infinity tab now shows two subtabs: Upgrades and Generators.

You received 1 Infinity (∞) and 1 Infinity Point (IP). These are different resources - some upgrades scale with your Infinity count, while others use your current IP. All upgrades and generators cost IP to purchase.

With your first IP, buy upgrade 1:1 which unlocks automation for buying colors. Open the new Automations tab (right side) and enable all colors at 100%. Save your fingers!

As you progress, several upgrades unlock important automation and features:

• •2:2 - Unlocks Ascension automation. Turn on all circles immediately for hands-free progress.
• •5:3 - Unlocks Prestige automation. Set Min P.Exponent to 0, Min P.Mult Gain to 1000, and Time to 0. You'll still need to do promotions manually for now.
• •7:1 - Unlocks Infinity Challenges (covered in next section).
• •9:1, 9:2, 10:1 - Unlock Promotion automation. This is a game-changer! More details below.

Once you have upgrades 9:1 or 9:2 and 10:1, set up promotion automation for smooth 1-minute infinities:

This setup should give you approximately 1 Infinity every 1 minute 10 seconds. Feel free to adjust for faster runs.

Generators produce Generator Power (GP), which multiplies your Mult Gain across all circles:

• •Generator 1 (G1) produces GP directly, which is raised to the power of 0.666 (2/3) by default
• •Generator 2 (G2) produces G1, Generator 3 produces G2, and so on
• •Buying multiple generators of the same tier multiplies its production by 2x each time
• •Various Infinity Upgrades improve generator efficiency and the GP exponent

Start with the 10 IP generators, then work toward the 100 IP set. Generators become increasingly important for challenge completion.

Some achievements require specific actions but are much easier with automation. Do one per Infinity to avoid slowing progress:

• •#021 "You don't need it": Promote without Prestiging. At ~50% Infinity progress, do any promotion #1-3, then immediately do promotion #4 without prestiging between them.
• •#025 "Only three": Prestige with only 3 colors. At 70-90% progress, turn OFF autobuyers, promote any #, then manually buy only Red/Orange/Yellow and prestige.
• •#026 "Easy Prestige": Promote without Prestiging and Ascensions. Turn OFF ascension autobuyer, do promotion #1-3, buy colors but don't prestige/ascend, then do promotion #4.
• •#029 "Backwards" (IMPORTANT LATER): Make White mult > Pink mult > Purple mult, etc. Near Infinity end, turn OFF all autobuyers except White. Prestige to reset colors, then unlock each color and buy decreasing amounts working backward from White. Don't buy Red at all. This may take a couple tries to get right.

Your second Infinity will be noticeably faster. Keep running infinities and buying upgrades/generators. I recommend farming for about an hour after getting promotion automation to purchase upgrades 11:1-2, which scale with your current IP and become very powerful.

At this point you should be earning around 1 IP/second. Continue farming until you can afford upgrades up to 14:1-2 and their associated generators before attempting later challenges.
